The event will take place in the cafeteria, as well as classrooms in the 200, 300, and 400 hallways.
Facilities:  please ensure that HVAC is set and that restrooms are clean and stocked.
Technology: (2) ViewSonic Boards in Cafeteria.  
Desiree Dear will coordinate with Mr. Hurley and computer lab teachers to organize access for the necessary events.
