Facilities: Will need HVAC set appropriately, with restrooms cleaned and stocked.  Not sure on the number of tables and chairs needed at this time.

Please ensure that the gates to enter the front of the campus are open.  

Technology:  At this point they only need a microphone.  They will use a viewsonic from the band hall for their presentation.
